Several years ago, we developed and began selling Bucket O' Mud. We sold it out of our Studio for nearly four years.

We made the decision not to sell out of our Studio any longer and licensed Bucket O' Mud to another company. It became our concern that some of the batches were not as tightly controlled as they were when we were producing, so we voided the licensing agreement.  There were other issues involved as well, which I will not go into here nor anywhere else, for that matter.  These are issues which will remain confidential, and I do not intend to break that confidentiality,

At that point, there was no BOM available.  We were not selling.

In 2007, we set up a tentative store on eBay.  We were planning on selling through eBay.  However, we never authorized eBay to activate the page.  They activated the page anyhow.  We were never aware of this, because we had set up an eMail account specifically for our future eBay store, which we never had any reason to check since our store was not active.  A few months ago, I closed the eMail account, at which time I realized there were orders that had come through eBay.  I immediately went "postal".  I immediately sent out eMails to all who had ordered through EBay and explained our situation and intended to make everything "right".  We've done the best we could to do exactly that.

At that point, after much discussion with my wife, we made the decision to once again sell Bucket O' Mud out of our Studio, directly through our web site.  Since the decision to sell directly out of our Studio, we have made the firm commitment to ship on time and to ship a quality product.  Our quality control is at least as good, if not better than it was prior to licensing.

We hope this clears up some of the concern, hesitation and doubt about our Studio and our little baby, Bucket O' Mud.  It will never make us millionaires, but it makes us happy to be able, once again, to be producing a product we are passionately proud of.

Thanks for your support in the past.  We hope we can once again generate that support in the future.

Thank you,
